The Assistant General Manager at Bojangles supports the General Manager in leading the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness, and drive profitable sales growth. The AGM serves as a hands-on leader, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while developing team members and upholding Bojangles' brand standards.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, food preparation, and guest service.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and train team members, providing feedback and development opportunities.
• Help manage labor, food costs, and other controllable expenses to meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with Bojangles' operational policies, health and safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
• Open and close the restaurant as required, ensuring proper security and readiness.
• Maintain accurate inventories and place orders as needed to support business needs.
• Serve as acting General Manager in the GM’s absence.
• Qualifications :
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurant or QSR management.
• Strong team leadership and people development skills.
• Solid understanding of basic business operations including labor and food cost control. xuwmhxw
• Effective communicator with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
