Job description

Description :

  • Review Vendor invoices prior to payment to ensure correct product coding, pricing (based on customer-specific pricing tables), and quantities shipped.
  • Keep track of Customer returns & Vendor credits, and process Credit requests.
  • Interact with Accounting department regarding Customer invoicing and Vendor questions.
  • Contact and interact directly with customers to expedite orders based on the directions from the sales team
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
