Location : DFW Area (Southlake) (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR : We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Artist with serious hustle, a commercial mindset, and a proven track record in licensed women’s sports apparel. This role is NOT for slow operators, sensitive creatives, or those who require endless timelines to deliver quality work. We’re looking for someone who moves fast, takes ownership, understands how to deliver commercial design solutions, and thrives in a performance-driven, business-focused environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE : You’ll own the development of graphics and creative solutions for some of the most iconic sports institutions in the world : NCAA, NFL, MLS, and Team USA with a clear focus on modernizing fan apparel for women. Your work will impact everything from concept to production-ready files, across various print / other techniques, while managing licensing guidelines, commercial needs, and timelines.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams but be expected to self-manage and deliver results without constant oversight so trust is key.
Create original, fashion-forward graphics for licensed women’s sports apparel.
Edit and enhance product imagery for both online and print channels. Including best practices for garment color changing and art drops.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Licensing, and Marketing.
Lead the charge on keeping projects on time, on brand, and on strategy.
Work within strict licensing and brand guidelines while keeping the end consumer and retailer in mind.
Stay ahead of design, fashion, and fan culture trends to keep the product assortment fresh and relevant.
Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Mastery of creating assets for licensed brands and knowing how to work within compliance.
Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
Experience in a high-performance, fast-growth, no-hand-holding environment.
TECH + TOOLS YOU’LL USE : Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Airtable, Slack, Canva, G-Suite (Expert level Google Sheets), Airtable, Dropbox, Miro

6-8 years of experience in graphic design for licensed apparel (sports or lifestyle preferred)
~ Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience
~ Solid understanding of fan culture, fashion trends, and the modern female consumer
~ Previous experience in agency, in-house creative teams, or fast-paced environments
This role is part creative, part production-minded, and fully rooted in hustle. We don’t have room for egos, excuses, or creatives who need long lead times. Speed, accuracy, and commercial instincts are key.
