Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Act as a People Partner for assigned teams, supporting managers with performance, team dynamics, and retention
Oversee the onboarding experience and work with managers to enhance new joiner integration
Required Qualifications
Solid experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a dynamic environment
Ownership mindset, being proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented
Interest in HR topics beyond hiring
Experience with ATS tools is a plus
