ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has proudly served the community for over 12 years, backed by more than 23 years of experience with State Farm. Were a tight-knit team of four, plus myself, and weve built a culture rooted in teamwork, positivity, and genuine care for both our customers and each other.

We believe in working hard and celebrating often. We recognize birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays, and we love to mix in team-building events this year, we spent opening day at the Kansas City Royals game! The office is stocked with beverages, snacks, and a full coffee bar to keep everyone energized throughout the day. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Shaun Reeves - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
