Overview
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Closer / Escrow Processor to manage residential real estate transactions from open to close. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate closings.

Key Responsibilities
• Open, process, and close residential escrow files in compliance with company policies, lender requirements, and state regulations
• Review contracts, loan documents, title commitments, and closing instructions for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare settlement statements, closing disclosures, and escrow instructions
• Coordinate signing appointments and work with notaries and signing agents
• Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and other parties to resolve issues and obtain required documentation
• Ensure all conditions are met prior to closing and funding
• Balance files and coordinate funding and disbursement of funds
• Record documents and complete post-closing tasks as required
• Maintain accurate and organized escrow files and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process

Qualifications
• Previous experience as an Escrow Closer, Escrow Processor, or similar role within title and escrow
• Strong knowledge of residential real estate transactions and escrow procedures
• Familiarity with closing software and escrow systems
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and customer-focused demeanor
