Must-Have : Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Mother-Baby, and Nursery experience

Description :

Unit provides care from labor through discharge.

Must be able to care for multiple patients simultaneously.

Candidates will manage a variety of maternal issues, including diabetes and substance use.

Special care and high-risk infants will be transported out as needed.

The RN must stabilize infants and provide care during and after deliveries.

No high-risk deliveries are performed; all patients are 36 weeks and above.

The ability to multitask is essential in this role.

Fetal heart monitoring certification is required.

Cerner Corporation - Millennium is the charting system utilized.

Rural housing options are available.
