Job Title : Sr. UX UI Designer

Location : Remote (PST Time Zone)

What's the Job?

Lead the design of key products and features from concept to completion, ensuring a human-centered approach.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and user researchers to translate complex needs into clear, engaging designs.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mock-ups that align with brand standards and UI guidelines.

Utilize the company's design system to develop scalable templates and user flows, working closely with engineering teams.

Participate in design reviews, whiteboard exercises, and stakeholder presentations to communicate design rationale effectively.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing digital products.

Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human Factors, or a related field.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong visual design skills with an eye for UI patterns, typography, color, and micro-interactions.

Experience in creating, evolving, and maintaining comprehensive design systems for consistency across platforms.
