Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Hours per Week : 37.5

Location : Annapolis, MD Onsite Multiple elementary and middle school classrooms

Estimated Caseload : 1217 students

Position Overview

Blazer Jobs is seeking experienced Special Education Teachers with Self-Contained Certification to work in elementary and middle school classrooms . These full-time, onsite positions focus on providing individualized instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement IEP goals for students in a self-contained setting

Provide academic, social, and behavioral support to students

Collaborate with instructional assistants and support staff to meet student needs

Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring

Qualifications

Active Self-Contained Special Education Certification

Experience teaching elementary and / or middle school students in a self-contained classroom

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and administration

Position Type : Full-Time, Onsite

37.5 hours per week
