Overview

JST is currently seeking a Procurement Technician APSO (Acquisition function) to join our team. This is a full-time Onsite position with potential hybrid / remote work at Defense Health Agency (DHA) headquarters, Virginia and Aurora, Colorado. This position is contingent upon contract award.

The Procurement Technician APSO (Acquisition function) shall be professional in demeanor, appearance, and deportment. Employees shall be responsive. The Administrative Assistant may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials. Personnel shall have excellent written and oral communications skills sufficient to provide clear concise communication and documentation. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project as well as with Adobe Acrobat.

Procurement Technician Responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement administrative support duties
• Utilize contract file records management,
• Federal records management, and contract file documentation.
• Utilize DoD supplies and services procurement.
• Responsible for methods and techniques of fact-finding, analysis, and resolution of complex problems, and the ability to develop concrete action plans to solve problems.
• Utilize Microsoft Office programs and data management systems
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
