Position Overview :
We are seeking Regional Sales and Business Development Representative who will play a key role in driving business growth, building long-term client relationships, and promoting our advanced HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, technical, and business development skills with a passion for consultative sales and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand client base and increase market share.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assess client needs, prepare custom proposals, and recommend tailored HVAC solutions.
- Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical consultations.
- Prepare and manage sales contracts, quotations, and cost estimates for installations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions that meet client specifications.
- Create and maintain marketing materials, digital campaigns, and promotional content.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supervise and support a small team (3–4 people) in achieving departmental objectives.
Qualifications :
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 4-6 years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally within the HVAC or manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and related services.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.Experience with AHU component software or similar technical tools is an asset.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.Organized, proactive, and a team-oriented mindset with a client-first attitude.Why Join Us :
