Administrative Construction Project Manager (Jacksonville)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all site administrative documentation create, collect, scan, file, and maintain accurate records.
• Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to project materials.
• Prepare reports, logs, and trackers as directed by project leadership.
• Assist with scheduling, call coordination, and meeting minutes.
• Support daily office operations within the site trailer, including supplies, mail, and visitor management.
• Coordinate document routing and approvals with project leaders and team members.
• Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks to maintain smooth project operations.
