• Experience Hospitality Professional Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Spa Hospitality Professional at The Woodhouse Day Spa - Detroit.
• The role involves providing top-notch customer service, guest relations such booking appointments using Point of Sale system (familiarity with Zenoti or Meevo is a plus), selling retail skincare products and assist with serving guests and driving gift card sales through exceptional client interactions.
