Emergency Medicine Physician

Practice Details :

• 32 room department recently renovated and optimized
• All day and evening shifts; no overnights
• Full time is -hour shifts per month
• Department has 50 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APP coverage per day
• Adult and pediatric hospitalist do their own admissions
• Not a trauma facility; no heads, no open hearts

Compensation and Benefits :

$450,000 base salary

$75,000 sign-on bonus

$60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)

$6,000 CME annually -Three retirement plans including a unique supplemental plan Health, vision, dental, life and disability coverage

• Paid malpractice with tail
