• 12-hour shifts alternating 7 am - 7 pm and 7 pm - 7 am
• Average daily census of 10 - 18 patients
• Rounding exclusively in pediatric unit
• NP support available for most shifts
• Straight inpatient coverage no nursery duties
• Manages RSV, flu, COVID, and post-surgical cases
• Required skills include lumbar puncture and non-invasive ventilation management
• Call coverage moving towards 1 : 4 ratio
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
