Quality Assurance Nurse / Risk Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Nurse to help us ensure the highest quality of care. In this role, you will focus on quality assurance initiatives , working closely with our care teams to monitor, evaluate, and enhance resident well-being. Pay for this position is up to $85k.

Position Summary :

Responsible for providing leadership and coordination of the health and well being of the residents within the community in coordination with Director of Health & Wellness.

• Evaluates and assists with improving resident quality care by assessing nursing practices and suggesting changes to optimize efficiency and safety.
