A company is looking for a Consumer Financial Services Litigation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of case files from inception through resolution

Handle court appearances and depositions regularly

Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and appeals

Required Qualifications

4+ years of litigation experience

Experience in financial services, regulatory defense, or complex commercial litigation

Federal and state court experience

JD degree with excellent academic credentials

Current Bar Admission in good standing to at least one U.S. jurisdiction
