Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $3,046 per week in Willmar, MN

Job Title : Occupational Therapist Profession : Therapy / Rehabilitation Specialty : Pediatrics Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Hours per Shift : 8 hours (09 : 00 - 17 : 30; 07 : 30 - 16 : 00) Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience preferred License : State license required Certifications : Pediatric experience as a COTA accepted Must-Have : - Experience in acute care and outpatient clinic settings - Familiarity with pediatrics - EPIC experience preferred - Ability to work with both adult and pediatric patients - Willingness to consider new graduate OTs with relevant certification Description : Looking for an Occupational Therapist to work day shifts, Monday through Friday. The position primarily involves working with pediatric patients in a hospital outpatient setting. Some adult inpatient coverage may also be required as needed. Patients will present with a wide variety of diagnoses. Skills required include assessment and treatment for various conditions such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Spina Bifida. Experience with Activities of Daily Living and functional activities is essential. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team will be necessary. Successful candidates must exhibit strong communication skills and patient / family education abilities. The role may include discharge planning and reassessments. Candidates must be willing to adhere to infection prevention and safety protocols.
