Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – $70 / hr., + $25,000 | Arkansas

Now Hiring : Full-Time Pediatric SLP with Flexible Hours, Excellent Pay, Sign-on and Relocation Bonuses

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in the lives of children? Join a fast-growing pediatric therapy center in Western Arkansas dedicated to early intervention and developmental speech-language care for children.

Position Highlights

  • Work-Life Balance : Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM – 5 PM) – no nights, weekends, or on-call .

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech-language evaluations
  • Create and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Treat speech, language, feeding, and cognitive disorders
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare providers
  • Document treatment progress and communicate results
  • Qualifications

  • Degree : Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
  • Licensure : Current Arkansas license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
  • Experience : Previous experience in a pediatric setting is preferred but not required; strong candidates will demonstrate a passion for working with children.
  • Skills : Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
