Job description36+ years of social media experience at a DTC or consumer brand preferred Strong video-first creator instincts (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) Experience using CapCut, Canva, InShot, etc. Fast-paced, creative problem-solver with great instincts for storytelling Comfortable jumping into comment threads, trend cycles, and customer DMs Solid calendar and content planning skills; knows how to ladder content into growth metrics
FIRM : High-growth brand known for its creative voice, strong culture, and data-driven approach to customer acquisition and retention. The team is young, collaborative, and constantly iterating on product and content. In-office culture preferred
