Required Skills :

Valid RN license and current state licensure

Strong critical thinking and assessment skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and strong organization skills

Nice to Have Skills :

Experience in corrections or acute care settings

Knowledge of overnight patient care protocols

Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency

Preferred Education and Experience :

Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a hospital, correctional, or acute care environment

Relevant certifications such as BLS, ACLS (if applicable)

Other Requirements :

Ability to work overnight shifts, including rotations on weekends and holidays

Must maintain current licensure and certifications
