Job Description - Breakfast Attendant

FivePine Lodge is looking for a reliable and team-oriented individual to join our breakfast crew. This person is responsible for daily preparation and service of our continental breakfast items.

Summary : Breakfast Attendants oversee the execution of daily breakfast for lodging guests. Maintain quality, service, and operating standards as established by FivePine to ensure quality and consistency. Adheres to federal, state and local regulations concerning health safety, required permits, or other compliance requirements.

Schedule : Most days start at 6 : 00 am. This position is typically a 6-8 hour shift based on business levels. This is a full time position with expected hours to be between 24-40 per week (3-5 days). Availability to work weekends is required. Occasional holiday shifts may be necessary.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Set up and break down daily continental breakfast buffet ensuring breakfast items remain well stocked while maintaining the appearance of the buffet area and dining area.
• Deliver breakfast boxes to guest rooms : greet all guests warmly and serve guests in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Anticipate guests needs and respond promptly and courteously.
• Store and properly handle raw and prepared foods and non-food supplies.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the breakfast room and general cleaning of conference center.
• Unload and stock vendor deliveries.
• Act with integrity in accordance with FivePines vision and mission statement in all circumstances.
• Demonstrate responsible behavior through punctuality, professionalism, reliability, and courteous communication.
• Follow the instructions of your supervisor, including in the assignment of additional tasks or duties.
