Product Specialist (Credit) Associate / VP - Los Angeles

Base pay range

$150,000.00 / yr - $250,000.00 / yr

A leading US credit fund are currently seeking to further build out their Product Specialist team in LA, California, to act as the bridge between their high performing business development and credit investment teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a credit focused product specialist role (liquid credit, CLOs, Long / Short credit, Structured Credit, etc). The role will act as an extension of the investment team, and your work will support global fundraising and investment / portfolio management efforts.

Candidate profile

• Strong experience in product or portfolio specialists / analysis within alternatives, liquid or private credit, debt advisory, institutional asset management, or investor relations / client focused roles
• Strong technical skills in Excel and comfort handling large data sets; knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into investor-friendly materials
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, able to manage multiple deadlines at once
• Team-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to work closely with colleagues across functions
