Hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule : This position will typically operate on a Monday

Medical & dental insurance, employer-paid life insurance, and long-term disability coverageTuition reimbursement eligibility after 90 days of employmentSummary & ResponsibilitiesThe Health Care Coordinator will be responsible for the oversight of the overall healthcare and well-being of individuals who reside in our Residential Program group homes and independent apartment settings. We are looking for someone with a strong background and experience in working with adults with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. Responsibilities include staff training on specific treatment protocols and providing consultation regarding the medical needs of the individuals. Effective communication skills and sound judgement skills are a must along with the ability to be a team player with a strong work ethic. Certified MAP Trainer strongly preferred but training is also availableQualificationsMust have a current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN).Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience in a community health setting; preferably with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.Must respect the dignity of individuals with disabilities and believe in their self-determination and growth.Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check including references, CORI, and fingerprinting.
