Ihre Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für die europäischen Standorte der Matthews Engineering Division
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Geschäftsentwicklung und Marktexpansion
- Integration und Weiterentwicklung der Standorte aus historischen Akquisitionen
- Unterstützung bei der Neukundenakquise und Sicherung erfolgreicher Auftragsabschlüsse
- Verantwortung für Produktion, Engineering, Supply Chain und Qualitätssicherung
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung von interdisziplinären Teams
- Finanz- und Budgetverantwortung (inkl. Forecasts, Jahresabschlüsse, Liquiditätssicherung)
- Sicherstellung von Compliance mit gesetzlichen Vorgaben (GmbHG, Arbeits- und Steuerrecht, Umwelt- und Sicherheitsstandards)
- Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber Kunden, Partnern, Behörden und dem Konzern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Management und regelmäßiges Reporting an den President Matthews Engineering (USA)
