Salary Range : $132,000 – $164,000, plus benefits and potential equity.

What You’ll Do :

You’ll be a key contributor to the design, development, and deployment of performant embedded systems that :

• Detect and track a wide range of airspace targets using advanced radar and sensor tech.
• Efficiently process high-volume data with near real-time performance expectations.
• Interface with hardware and cloud-based systems.
• Mentor junior engineers on-site and influence technical direction through informal leadership.
• Shape the software architecture for future product releases.
• Help integrate new hardware platforms and support evolving product needs.
