About the Role

The Company is actively searching for a Senior Financial Executive to spearhead the financial strategy of its rapidly growing, acquisition-focused organization. The chosen individual will oversee all financial operations, including controller and FP&A functions, and will play a vital role in facilitating acquisition due diligence and integration post-merger.

This position is critical for enhancing financial reporting and analytics to empower data-driven decision-making, optimizing inventory management and operational efficiencies across multiple sites, and nurturing the growth of junior finance team members. This role requires a collaborative and self-motivated leader, with a strong presence, comfort with data-driven decisions, and experience managing a leveraged balance sheet in a multi-site context.

Key challenges will involve managing ongoing integration of systems and teams, fostering financial acumen throughout the organization, and driving performance while scaling operations. The ideal candidate will possess a background in value-added distribution or manufacturing and have prior experience as a CFO or VP of Finance in private equity-backed entities.

Expertise in M&A, due diligence, and integration is essential, along with a proven history of success in companies with revenues exceeding $50M and complexity across multiple sites. We seek a hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive individual, who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth settings and excels at influencing cross-functional teams.
