Our client, a leader in enterprise technology and customer experience innovation, is seeking a Senior UX / CX Designer to join their team. As a Senior UX / CX Designer, you will be part of the Experience Strategy & Design Studio supporting cross-functional product, research, and strategy teams . The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills , collaborative design thinking , and a customer-centric mindset , which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Communicate complex concepts through compelling storytelling to drive alignment around NorthStar future-state experiences
• Design in Figma to create wireframes, journey maps, storyboards, and conceptual visuals
• Collaborate with researchers to run workshops, interviews, and insight-gathering activities
• Synthesize customer data and insights to support experience strategy development
• Present clear, persuasive design solutions to stakeholders across varying altitudes
