Employment Attorney / Associate Attorney

San Diego, CA. Hybrid | Direct Hire. Salary : $170,000-$215,000 plus bonus / benefits.

We are looking for an attorney to represent employers in a variety of employment-related litigation, including wage / time violations, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, misclassification, and other similar employment-related issues. The right candidate will be interested in strengthening their litigation skills and becoming a subject‑matter expert on complex employment law.

Responsibilities

Represent employers in employment-related litigation, including wage / time violations, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, misclassification, and related matters.
Develop and maintain expertise in complex employment law.
Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials.

Qualifications

Attorney license in California.

5-8+ years of experience practicing law.

Proven litigation experience.

Employment‑law experience is a strong plus.

Strong written communication skills (writing sample required).
