We are currently seeking a high-performing Paralegal with exceptional drafting and writing experience , especially in pleadings and motions, to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

As a critical member of our team, you'll provide direct support to attorneys on a range of family law matters, with a strong emphasis on legal drafting and client communication

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, revise, and finalize pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and other documents with precision
• Coordinate hearings, mediations, and deadlines with keen attention to detail
• Maintain and manage case files; ensure timely filings with Utah courts
• Assist attorneys with trial prep, calendaring, and client updates
• Conduct legal research and support ongoing case management
• Provide professional, empathetic communication to clients during emotionally sensitive matters
