Family Practice - Without OB Physician

OCCUPATIONAL / FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN NEEDED IN WISCONSIN

OPEN DATES :

10 / 31 / 2022 - 11 / 4 / 2022

Mondays Friday 7 : 00 am - 5 : 00pm 60-minute break

SCOPE OF WORK :

Worksite Setting : Free standing clinic

Accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

Preferred three years ambulatory primary care practice experience; if less than 3 years agrees to mentoring, and coaching, from another provider if assigned

Experience working with pediatric patients may be preferred depending on the HWC demographic

Effective verbal and written communication skills including proficiency in electronic communication

Experience with an EMR preferred

Bilingual English-Spanish preferred depending on HWC demographics

REQUIREMENTS :

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Active unrestricted Wisconsin license, DEA,
