Job descriptionProven ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and care Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Effective communication and teamwork skills Dependable and self-motivated with attention to detail Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level $23.61 per hour Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays

What You'll Be Doing
- Operate yard loader to move and load materials safely and efficiently
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain stockpiles and ensure material is properly stored and accessible
- Communicate with dispatch and team members to coordinate loading activities
- Load customer trucks with different stone products
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized yard
- Perform other duties as needed
