Medical Assistant – Aesthetic Med Spa

We're looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to support our Owner/Injector in a fast-growing aesthetic medical spa. What You'll Do

• Support the Owner/Injector with patient care and treatment flow

• Prepare treatment rooms before and after services

• Assist with patient intake, comfort, and post-treatment support

• Chart accurately and thoroughly in the EMR

• Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups

• Maintain a clean, organized, and calm clinical environment

• Help create a seamless, elevated patient experience

• Support inventory organization and daily clinic operations as needed

✅ Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience preferred

• Prior experience in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness setting is a plus

• EMR experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Commitment to patient privacy, professionalism, and teamwork
