Talent Analyst
The Talent Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and workforce data systems. This dual role manages and analyzes compensation programs while also serving as an HRIS (Workday) subject matter expert. This role ensures data integrity, supports compensation strategy and delivers insights that drive people making decisions.
Specific Responsibilities :
Compensation Analysis :
- Ensure compensation programs are competitive, equitable and aligned with organization goals, while maintaining and optimizing HR systems to support data-drive and decision-making operational efficiency.
- Conduct job evaluation for new roles and facilitate internal and new hire offer processes.
- Support the design implementation and administration of compensations structures.
- Conduct quarterly internal pay equity analysis and recommend adjustments to maintain fairness and compliance.

- Conduct Total Rewards based education via new hire orientation and communicates thorough information to vendors, employees and managers.
- Manage HRIS compensation reporting, file integrations, data uploads and changes.
HRIS Management :
Maintain and enhance Workday ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.Serve as project manager for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) projects.Support employees for general inquiries into talent data, benefits, compensation, leave of absence, and HRIS related issues.Develop, maintain and run custom reports and dashboards to provide talent data and insights for decision-making in partnership with FinanceCollaborate with Talent Management, IT and Finance departments to integrate systems and streamline processes.Provide insights on workforce trends and other key talent metrics.Support leadership with data for strategic planning and compliance reporting.Other Responsibilities :
Facilitate Workday Annual Enrollment process ensuring accuracy with benefit, vendor and employee information.Support employees with compensation and HRIS questions and concerns.Manage maintenance of HRIS benefit integration systems in partnership with IT.Partner with Total Rewards and Finance teams on biweekly payroll processes.Verify accuracy of HRIS premium statements for all group insurance policies and audits data relative to premiums, claims and costs. Supports administrative issues with the carrier representatives.Partner with Total Rewards Manager to obtain data for annual benefits renewal, including information on health and dental, life and disability, ancillary benefits and retirement plan.Facilitate completion federal and legal Talent Management and Total Rewards reporting and data requirements (e.g., grants, ERISA, EEO-1, 5500, 1095-C).Support Total Rewards employee education programs and new hire orientation.Serve as Total Rewards point of contact for employee benefit, compensation, leave of absence or HRIS inquiries.This role description is a general description of the essential job functions. Any combination of education and / or experience equivalent to : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field; AND Five years of HR / Compensation / Total Rewards / HRIS or relevant experience. Prior HRIS experience required.

Regular attendance on-site is an essential function of this position. Typical business hours are Monday Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm (or flexed to best meet the needs of the clients and / or the Division); 40 hours per workweek; weekend, holiday, or evening coverage is occasionally required. Work hours will need to be flexible in order to respond to special work assignments, or evening activities, as requested by the team leader.
Position Compensation : $63,700, full time + full benefits available
