Responsibilities :
As an Admin Assistant, your key responsibilities will include :
1. Managing day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and managing paperwork.
2. Providing excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Assisting the consulting team in preparing reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
4. Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared and organized.
5. Supporting the team in project management activities, tracking project progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
6. Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of project data and correspondence.
7. Assisting in the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
8. Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and other external parties on behalf of the team.
9. Ensuring the office environment is organized, efficient, and conducive to high productivity.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role, you will need :
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
2. Strong knowledge of office administration, filing, and paperwork management.
3. Excellent customer service skills, with a knack for building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.
4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. High attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
