QCD Hiring Event – CDL Class A Delivery Night Shift Drivers in Roseville, MN.

The hiring event will take place Thursday 9 / 18 (9AM - 6PM) Drive Your Trucking Career Forward with QCD.

Are you a CDL Class A truck driver looking for high-paying local delivery jobs in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area? QCD (Quality Custom Distribution) is hiring Class A CDL drivers for local routes and hosting a hiring event at our Roseville, MN distribution center (2501 Walnut St, Suite 400, Roseville MN 55113).

Pay and Benefits :

• Earn $1,700–$2,200 / week (solo routes)
• Team routes pay more
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $1,500 Driver Referral Bonus.

Schedule and Dispatch Details :

This is a night position

4-Day work week

Evening Dispatch : 8 : 00 PM or 9 : 30 PM

1 Weekend day required

Some Holiday routes

Note : This job requires the delivery and handling of pork products

Key Items and Requirements

This is 100% touch freight delivery

Drivers average 10 - 15 stops

Must be able to do local and out of town routes (No layovers)

Please dress interview appropriate

Must be able to pass a MVR, Clearinghouse, and Background Check

What You’ll Do :

Local multi-stop routes from our Minneapolis distribution center to QSRs in MN, IA, SD, and ND.

100% touch freight

Pallet jack + liftgate

Product is down stacked into customer coolers and freezers

Pay + Schedule :

Pay : $1,700–$2,200 / week (local). Team routes pay more

Schedule : 4 days / week

Shifts : Dispatch at 8PM and 9 : 30PM

Weekend : 1 weekend day required

Holidays : Some required

Equipment + Routes :

48' / 53' automatic reefer trucks

Local : 8–14-hour routes

Team : 16–32 hour runs (no layovers)

48 hours sick / personal leave

30 hours paid float (after 90 days)

1 week vacation after 12 months (Up to 80 hours / year)

Medical / Dental / Vision coverage starts the 1st of the month after 15 days

Requirements :

Valid CDL-A

1+ year CDL experience preferred

Can lift 75 lbs. repeatedly

Clean, DOT-compliant driving record

OK working in heat, cold, rain, and snow
