Registered Nurse (RN) Family Medicine, FT Days

Provides direct nursing care including assessments, care plan, education, and evaluation for assigned patients. Performs patient duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care as well as coordinates the delivery of care provided by other care team members and disciplines.

Is alert to cues on the phone when assessment is limited to auditory, verbal and emotional cues.

Possess the ability to communicate effectively on a level that is easily understandable by the patient.

Required Experience

Current California RN license (BSN / MSN preferred)

Evidence of continuing education

Prior experience in, ambulatory care nursing

Current Basic Life Support Card

Preferred :

Bilingual English / Spanish communication skills
