• 24-hour call shifts from 7 am - 7 am
• 2 - 3 patients per shift
• Hospital setting with 14-bed department
• General surgery and adult surgery procedures required
• 15-minute response time with 2 - 3 calls per shift
• Pediatric, neonatal, and trauma surgery experience preferred
• Assigned patient rounding responsibilities
• Coverage includes laparoscopic and various surgical procedures
