Loan Processing Specialist

Position General Responsibilities : This position is accountable for all facets of effectively processing applications from the beginning to delivery of loans to be sold to secondary markets. Duties emphasize specific areas of focus from origination to close as directed by management in an effort to work as a team player with the entire staff to achieve the efficient processing and closing of real estate loan transactions and relieving Real Estate Loan Officers of administrative detail.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalency
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently and to prioritize multiple tasks
• Previous personal computer experience
