Our client, a prominent automotive manufacturer, is seeking a contract Technical Recruiter to support their growing team. The ideal candidate has specialized in recruiting for technical, engineering, automotive and related roles. This individual will play a key role in full-cycle recruitment - developing sourcing strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

About the Job

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective hiring plans across a range of technical, engineering, and corporate roles.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Conduct prescreens, evaluate top candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Anticipate future talent needs and build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, promoting structured, bias-free interview practices.
• Build awareness of the employer brand through strategic social media engagement and partnerships.

About You

This is a hybrid contract role based in the Cherry Hill, NJ area, offering between $45-$57 / hr depending on experience, this year-long contract offers a hybrid schedule with two remote workdays per week following onboarding.
