About the Team

The Life Sciences team provides specialized relocation services to clients in the Bio-Tech, Pharma, Education and Healthcare industries. Our decades of experience with projects in clinical and research environments are critical to support our clients with complex, detailed, and specialized projects. We are proud ambassadors of Visions Management and embrace our role representing Visions commitment to our client first approach.

About the Role

In the role of Project Manager, Life Sciences, you will manage key laboratory and healthcare relocation projects from programming and planning through execution and closeout. This position requires strong knowledge of lab equipment and environments, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with scientists, lab managers, end users, and vendors. The Project Manager oversees scope, schedule, budget, and vendor coordination while ensuring all project activities align with Visions best practices and client-first philosophy.

Candidates for this role are expected to demonstrate strong organizational and technical skills, manage projects independently, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.

Position Goals

• Successfully plan and manage life sciences relocations of varying size and complexity
• Contribute as a key member of the Life Sciences team in scope, fee, and schedule development
• Work with the team to develop new avenues of revenue for the Life Sciences vertical
• Ensure client satisfaction and alignment with Visions client-first approach
• Execute all move management activities in accordance with Visions processes and standards
• Enhance best practices and ensure compliance with KPIs
• Accurately manage project data, budgets, and reporting
• Support both professional and personal growth through project experience
• Meet assigned financial targets
