What You’ll Do

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)

Create and update individualized ABA treatment plans

Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians

Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and community teams

Maintain insurance-compliant documentation through CentralReach

What You Bring

Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process)

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

Experience delivering home-based or community ABA services preferred

Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Commitment to ethical ABA practices and family-centered care

Compensation & Perks

Competitive $75–$100 / hour based on experience and caseload

Sign-on bonus after 90 days

Referral bonuses for new clients or staff

Travel stipends / mileage reimbursement based on case location
