Base pay range

$28.13 / hr - $48.66 / hr

POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Content Creator develops compelling visual content that amplifies our brand, engages our audience, and drives growth. This role is responsible for the full content production lifecycle, from ideation and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing video and photo assets for use across social media and digital platforms. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that requires comfort both behind and in front of the camera, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to produce high-quality, on-brand content in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with business hours Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm; work outside of these days and hours occur occasionally in order to meet the needs of the business. This position is located onsite in Olympia, WA and reports directly to the Director of Marketing. Local travel will be required from time to time. Responsibilities herein represent typical elements and criteria considered necessary to perform the job successfully. Other duties may be assigned to meet emerging business needs.
