As our Regional Vice President , you'll be the driving force behind expanding AAIM's membership in your region. You'll open doors, start conversations, and show organizations why AAIM is the go-to source for HR expertise, leadership development, compliance, and HR solutions. Your mission isn't just to sell services, it's to connect leaders to the full power of AAIM membership, positioning AAIM as the resource they can rely on to solve their toughest people and business challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Drive New Business : Pick up the phone, walk through doors, and make the connections that build our membership base.
  • Lead with Credibility : Speak the language of HR and business strategy, showing leaders how better HR practices improve performance, culture, and profitability.
  • Close with Confidence : Guide organizations from first meeting to signed agreement, overcoming objections with poise and persistence.
  • Be Their Trusted Partner : Once the deal is done, you're not done, you'll nurture relationships that keep members engaged and coming back.
  • Stay Ahead : Keep up on HR and workplace trends so you can open conversations others can't.

  • Sales Instincts : You're energized by calls, meetings, and closing deals, not bogged down by "wait and see."
  • Relationship Builder : You can walk into a room of strangers and walk out with business cards, opportunities, and new allies.
  • Business & HR Savvy : You understand how HR impacts recruiting, retention, compliance, culture, and, yes, the bottom line.
  • Persistence : Rejection doesn't slow you down; it fuels you.
  • What You Bring

  • Minimum of 15 years' experience, preferably in business development or sales roles with a focus on developing and implementing HR solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • A proven record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of HR issues and best practices, and the ability to apply this knowledge to solve challenges.

    Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

    Travel : 10-20% travel outside of the Orlando region. Most travel will be throughout the state of Florida. Occasional travel to other states may be required from time to time.

    Compensation : $120,000 to $150,000
