As our Regional Vice President , you'll be the driving force behind expanding AAIM's membership in your region. You'll open doors, start conversations, and show organizations why AAIM is the go-to source for HR expertise, leadership development, compliance, and HR solutions. Your mission isn't just to sell services, it's to connect leaders to the full power of AAIM membership, positioning AAIM as the resource they can rely on to solve their toughest people and business challenges.

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel : 10-20% travel outside of the Orlando region. Most travel will be throughout the state of Florida. Occasional travel to other states may be required from time to time.
Compensation : $120,000 to $150,000
