Travel CT Technologist – Nationwide Opportunities (100% Onsite travel roles)

Role Overview :
In this role, you’ll perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, with a primary focus on CT scans and general radiography. You’ll be responsible for patient positioning, safety, contrast administration, equipment operation, and quality imaging—delivering timely and accurate studies to support patient care.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Perform CT and / or diagnostic radiographic exams following established imaging protocols
- Review orders, prep patients, and explain procedures clearly
- Operate imaging equipment and adjust parameters to optimize image quality
- Administer contrast materials (oral and / or IV) when required and monitor patient response
- Document relevant information and ensure image transfer to PACS or storage systems
- Maintain awareness of patient condition and respond appropriately in urgent situations
- Assist with minor procedures under physician guidance as needed
- Support cross-functional departments (ED, inpatient, outpatient) with imaging needs
- Promote safety, follow infection control standards, and report equipment issues promptly
- Take part in occasional orientation or support for new staff if applicable
Preferred Experience :
Cross-training in both CT and diagnostic X-rayExperience with trauma, stroke protocol, or procedural assistance (e.g., biopsies, arthrograms)Comfort with fast-paced environments and flexible assignmentsIdeal Candidate Traits :

ARRT certification (CT and / or Radiography)Active state license(s) or willingness to obtain new state licenses as neededBLS (Basic Life Support) certification1+ year of recent experience preferred
