Job Title : Director, Tax & Accounting

Location : Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid : 3 days onsite)

Compensation : $160K–$200K base + bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax engagements across individuals, SMBs, partnerships, S corps, and nonprofits
• Serve as the hands-on quarterback for small business accounting, tax prep, IRS representation, and proactive tax planning
• Build trusted client relationships while delivering strategic advisory year-round
• Coach and mentor a high-performing team of tax professionals
• Review and finalize complex returns and planning deliverables with precision and compliance
• Champion process innovation and operational efficiency as the firm scales
