ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in January 2012 after spending eight years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a clear understanding of what it takes to build a successful, customer-focused office.
I attended the University of Portland, and I take pride in creating a workplace where team members can grow, stay motivated, and build long-term careers. Our office is built around a supportive environment that values personal development, accountability, and steady progress.
For our team, we offer bonuses, two weeks of vacation, and a strong focus on work–life balance so you can succeed professionally while still enjoying life outside the office.
Our culture is growth-oriented and straightforward. We’re looking for a self-starter who is motivated, dependable, and ready to take ownership of their success. If you’re someone who wants to learn, improve, and build a solid career in insurance, this could be a great place for you.
