Sr. Risk Analyst
The Sr. Risk Analyst is part of the First Line Credit Risk team within the Commercial Bank, responsible for managing and executing credit risk governance, supporting strategy initiatives, and enabling sound, fast-paced business growth. This role involves developing and implementing risk frameworks, maintaining oversight and reporting, and understanding regulatory and industry impacts. The ideal candidate will influence stakeholders, build insightful reporting, and collaborate across teams to enhance portfolio analytics and risk management.
Essential Functions
- Support and enhance credit risk governance through reporting, KPIs, benchmarking, and performance monitoring
- Conduct high-risk client reviews and participate in cross-functional product and risk forums
- Manage credit, operational, and AML / compliance risk across product and client portfolios
- Develop and deliver training to promote enterprise risk awareness and escalation processes
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to refine credit risk strategies
- Create scorecards and ongoing portfolio reporting
- Conduct industry research and support lending strategy through analytics
- Build understanding of credit risk frameworks across the Commercial Bank
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Sciences, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or Mathematics.Work Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in business analytics, financial modeling, strategy, or consulting.Certifications & Licenses
Preferred : Risk certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist)Skills

Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
