The CRMDx Business Analyst II will be a member of the Boston Scientific's Corporate Accounts and Healthcare Solutions Team supporting BSC's Cardiac Rhythm Management and Insertable Cardiac Monitor divisions. This position interfaces and supports sales and operations teams with responsibilities for managing and supporting the lifecycle of a contract. This role requires a high level of business acumen, customer service focus, multi-tasking skills, contract management, comprehensive organizational skills, and analytical ability.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring this employee to work out of our Arden Hills, MN office at least three days per week.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
