Posiciones en la parte trasera de la Cámara - Lenexa

Este puesto incluye tareas tales como descripciones de trabajo de platos, parrilla, comida para llevar y preparación.

Responsable de la producción de artículos de línea de calidad superior de manera consistente con los estándares, procedimientos y especificaciones de la guía de emplatado del restaurante. Mantiene la organización, limpieza y saneamiento de las áreas y equipos de trabajo.

Responsabilidades

  • Completa tareas de apertura de acuerdo con los estándares del restaurante.
  • Prepare todos los guarniciones como preparación para el servicio.
  • Mantiene un conocimiento completo del mantenimiento y uso correcto del equipo; utiliza equipos y herramientas sólo según lo previsto, de forma adecuada y segura.
  • Inspecciona la limpieza y organización de la línea y puestos de trabajo; rectifica cualquier deficiencia. Se mantiene durante todo el turno.
  • Informa al gerente de cocina sobre cualquier escasez antes de que se acabe el artículo.
  • Comunica cualquier asistencia necesaria durante los períodos de mayor actividad al gerente de cocina para garantizar un servicio óptimo a los huéspedes.
  • Ayuda a otros miembros del equipo a completar sus deberes y tareas asignadas.
  • Minimiza el desperdicio y mantiene controles para alcanzar el costo de alimentos previsto.
  • Descompone la estación de trabajo y completa las tareas de cierre de acuerdo con los estándares del restaurante.
  • Mantiene y cumple estrictamente las normas sanitarias y de salud.
  • Cumple con los estándares de apariencia y uniformes.
  • Se adhiere a todos los estándares, políticas y procedimientos del restaurante.

Requisitos Mínimos

  • Debe tener al menos 18 años de edad.
  • No puede ser condenado por un delito grave violento.
  • Capacidad para realizar cálculos matemáticos básicos.
  • Capacidad para realizar funciones laborales con atención al detalle, velocidad y precisión.
  • Capacidad para priorizar, organizar y dar seguimiento.
  • Capacidad para pensar con claridad, mantener la calma y resolver problemas con buen criterio.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bien bajo la presión de cumplir con los cronogramas de producción y la puntualidad en los pedidos de comida de los huéspedes.
  • Capacidad para transportar cajas de mercancías recibidas a la estación de trabajo; ollas y sartenes de alimentos desde las áreas de almacenamiento / preparación hasta la línea de servicio.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en ambientes calurosos, ruidosos y, a veces, cerrados.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con todos los productos e ingredientes involucrados.
  • Capacidad para utilizar todos los sentidos para garantizar que se cumplan los estándares de calidad.
  • Capacidad para operar, limpiar y mantener todo el equipo requerido en la función laboral.
  • Capacidad para comprender y seguir recetas.
  • Capacidad para realizar funciones laborales con supervisión mínima.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma cohesiva con compañeros de trabajo como parte de un equipo.
  • Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de ritmo rápido.
